Wherever we are and however we gather, our purpose is:

• to know God

• to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ

• to develop a creative supportive fellowship

• to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church

We pledge our prayers, our time, and our gifts to this purpose. UMW works to connect the local congregation with global mission, under the General Board of Global Ministries of the United Methodist Church.
